| Results are consistent with the location of hanatoxin in the interfacial region of of the membrane and Trp30 facing towards the center of the lipid bilayer (Phillips et al. 2005). Fluorescence quenching shows penetration of the protein into the acyl chain region of the lipid bilayer. |
