Comments on 1eci » Ectatomin
Pore-forming protein that forms nonselective cation channels both in cell and artificial membranes (Pluzhnikov et al. 1999). Ectatomin is an heterodimer of an A and a B chain linked by a disulfide bond. The pore is formed by two heterodimers (?).
