Experimental Verification for 1h0j » Cardiotoxin III (cytotoxin 3)
The protein was crystallized with detergent. It binds to membrane in a tilted orientation, in agreement with FTIR data for lipid monolayers (Huang et al. 2003). Also consistent with results of simulations (Efremov et al. 2004).
