Experimental Verification for 1hxx » Porin OmpF
Results are consistent with experimental hydrophobic thickness of OmpF porin (Keeffe et al. 2000) and hydrophobic boundaries as determined by neutron diffraction in crystals with detergent (Pebay-Peyroula et al. 1995)
