| Structure in DPC micelles. Penetration of amphiphilic helix 17-32 in the membrane interior was supported by spin-labeling study (Thomas et al. 2005). Membrane binding affinity at pH=7.4 was -4.7 kcal/mol (Thomas et al. 2005). |
