Experimental Verification for 1uov » Synaptotagmin-1, C2B domain (Calcium bound)
Side-chains of residues V304, G305, I367 and G368 penetrate into the hydrophobic core of the membrane in the calculated orientation. Experimental membrane depth parameters are close to zero (although negative) for spin-labeled cysteines in positions 305 and 367 (Rufener et al. 2005).
