Experimental Verification for 2biw » Lignostilbene-alpha,beta-dioxygenase (retinal-forming oxygenase)
The protein was crystallized in the presence of detergent (octylpolyoxyethylene), although it is soluble without detergent (Kloer et al. 2005). Consistent with membrane association mode proposed by Kloer et al. (2005).
