| The tetramer is not exactly symmetric. Two crystal structures (3bkd and 3c9j) are close to each other (CA atom rmsd of 1.1 A) but strongly differ from NMR structure, 2rlf (rmsd of 3.8-3.9 A). This structure is similar to amantadine-bound solid state NMR model 2h95 (rmsd of 2.4A). |
